the day i killed my car.

i cried.

it all started when i went to el monte high school on educational business with maria. i was so excited to see the new transition the school was in that i left the lights on. it was a goo forty minutes they were on.

then we were really embarrassed to ask anyone to charge up the car. so we stayed there forever. so long that i missed class...

until we went back into the high school and asked the janitor named jose, the one who would bring the newspapers in when i was editor-in-chief of the Lion's Trail. he helped us and gave us some pointers.

after that we went everywhere with the car and i forgot about the incident.

it wasnt until i was coming out of class at 7pm that my car turned off. this time i had to call jose, the friend, to come and save me.

he found me fairly quickly. by this time my cellphone had died and i had to resort to using a payphone.

he pushed out my car and charged it.

i had no gas so we went to shell.

and it died again.

and i had to charge it again.

and in return i tutored jose in math until his brother came into the shop, and
i went back to the car.

it was dead.

so i shocked the battery one more time until i went to wal-mart.

to buy a battery shocker that can save me the trouble from asking other car owners to help me charge up my battery with their cars, now i can do it alone until the weekend comes and i am able to buy a brand new battery for my car.

during the endless recharges i kept thinking about the novel frankenstein and how he is charged up to come to live.

so i finally found a name for my car.

FRANKENSTEIN
